A New Approach to Employability Skills Building

Here at 106 Comms we took a lot from the ISE conference last week. If you didn’t get chance to come to our #10000black interns session then fear not as we will be re-running this in the autumn as part of the ISE webinar calendar.

The ISE conference really highlighted some of the key challenges in our marketplace and not least the importance of preparing our graduates for the changing world of work. We have been working with the London Interdisciplinary School to pull together a working group of employers including the Civil Service, HSBC, Vinted, Premier Foods, DXC Technologies and White & Case to explore the opportunity of using interdisciplinary learning to support under-represented audiences in building greater career capital. We are running another working group session on the 28th July 10-12 and are inviting a wide range of sector reps who would be interested in the potential to collaborate on this exciting new project.
