A LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP IN STUDENT MARKETING
When we first started working with Laing O’Rourke, student marketing was just a single-page handout. We have worked with them over the years to build the brand of early careers, and help recruit a diverse mix of apprentices, school leavers and graduates. They key has been a close partnership, a strong focus on data and insight, and the creativity to attract the right students – without breaking the bank!

BUILT FOR YOU
There have been some notable milestones. Presenting to AGR (now ISE) about a social mobility programme across the UK; taking a ice cream cab to universities in the middle of a snow storm to promote summer internships; winning the award for Best Work Experience programme; and seeing school leavers and parents attend one of the many apprentice events.
The partnership has endured and grown because of the mutual respect of each team, and the commitment to providing a high-quality service to Laing O’Rourke. Most of all, because we’ve enjoyed the journey.
