HELPING THE NHS REACH A TRULY DIVERSE AUDIENCE
In 2021-2, we worked with the NHS GMTS team to develop a brand concept – the first new concept for a few years. We used existing data to develop a range of campaign ideas – and then tested them with recent GMTS hires. This process was crucial – we were able to co-create a campaign based on their ideas and feedback.
CAMPAIGN CONCEPT
‘Start your journey’ focuses on not only the first 2 years of life on the graduate scheme; but the wider opportunities that lie beyond. Working for the UK’s largest employer offers amazing opportunities in a broad range of areas, including management, informatics, data, HR, Finance, and more. The campaign crossed campus, digital and social – driving more diverse hires and helping the NHS achieve their goals.
