So with our experience in the iGaming sector, we started work with Trust Payments to define their value proposition and create a marketing strategy to engage customers before, during and after the events.
We created a campaign focused on being ‘Your A-list payments provider’. We know that the ease of the payments solution – and especially payments to the customer – helps to retain players for the operator. It’s all about a VIP experience, no matter what your budget. We brought this to life with a bespoke event stand, a social campaign, product sheets and follow-up materials, as well as on-the-day competitions to win A-list Prizes.
Our campaign was developed to support Trust Payments people at the event, as well as reaching out to potential customers on social and digital channels and during the events. We also helped to manage the logistics around the event, from giveaways and prizes to ensuring the bar was stocked and managed.
