1 pm – 1.30 pm |Simon Rutter, Senior Communications Leader

Simon is a Senior Communications Leader and will open up a debate about the last year and what lies ahead for internal communications.

2 pm – 2.30 pm | Zoe Griffin, Elizabeth Line Operations Communication Manager at Transport for London

Zoe moved into a new role at the height of the pandemic. She will talk about how the Elizabeth Line has adapted to online broadcasts, reaching thousands of staff who are often on the move.

2.30 – 3 pm | Michelle Okwudiafor, Internal Communications Lead, St George’s University

Michelle will focus on inclusive cultures, and how communicators can help organisations and leaders to create the platform for a more inclusive culture.

Cathrin will share stories and insights from the last 18 months.

Helen will give us an insight into culture change at BT, as well as focusing on successes and shockers.

Finally, we will wrap up with a panel session where we can discuss some of the big issues and opportunities in communications today.
