CATALYST

GROWING GLOBAL EMPLOYEE PARTICIPATION IN AN EMPLOYEE SURVEY

A communications campaign to maximise employee participation in an organisation of over 90,000 people

SGS conducts an employee survey every two years.  With 90,000 employees, this is a huge, time-intensive piece of work where it’s paramount to ensure as many people as possible take part, and to communicate the results and actions effectively.

Catalyst is a campaign that shows the commitment to and importance of employee voice in SGS.

ENGAGING COLLEAGUES AROUND THE WORLD

We developed a communications strategy and toolkit to engage colleagues all around the world – focusing on the different stages of the process from pre-launch, participation, and then the results phase.  A fascinating piece of work, contributing to the overall engagement in the business.

The campaign featured video, intranet, Yammer, email and digital assets, focused on everything from raising awareness of Catalyst to ensuring very high participation levels, right through to follow up and action plans.
